Gorilla won the contract to produce and run all of the public bars at Polo in the Park back in 2011. Returning for our 9th year in 2019, Gorilla design, produce and operate all bars across the site including the 7000 capacity Mahiki Coconut bar with pitch side raised VIP deck and our bespoke built Lanson Champagne Bar & Garden.
In 2015 we launched the Grazing Paddock Food Court, bringing a range of London’s best restaurants and street food traders to this thirsty and hungry crowd. Taking up the challenge since then, we’ve seen sublime food from Mark HIX, Gordon Ramsay’s Maze Restaurant, Smokestak and Bubbledogs to name but a few.
