Since the success of our Henley Royal Regatta launch many years ago, Gorilla has continued to develop larger scale bar operations throughout the country. Having worked along side many well established high profile festivals and assisted in the set up of new ‘up and coming’ smaller boutique festivals; we have gained the valuable knowledge required to ensure your festival stays on budget. From supplying dry hire of over 100 metres of professional bar, to providing highly trained staff members with a full bar management support team, you need look no further than Gorilla.

Henley Royal Regatta,

Gorilla owns and operates ‘the boat house’ the largest public bar at the Henley Royal Regatta. Now in its 7 th year the 1250 capacity ‘boat house’ has established itself as ‘the’ destination bar. The prime location on the waterfront directly before the finish point offers fantastic branding opportunities to target the 300,000 spectators who attend each year. Known locally as the ‘The Bud Bar’, the boat house serves 32,000 consumers over 5 days with a comprehensive mix of draught products, champagne, cocktails, live music, televised sport coverage and gourmet catering.

The Acoustic Festival of Britain,

Spread over four days, The Acoustic Festival has a capacity of 15,000 people. Gorilla provides a fully comprehensive range of products across 3 seperate bars, serving to the fans of a new mix of unplugged and acoustic music from the genres of Folk, Roots, Celtic, Blues, Pop, Rock and Ska.

Summer Screens Bar, Canary Wharf

Canary Wharf Arts & Events is responsible for creating a cultural programme of showpiece events set against the backdrop of the capital’s premier banking district, in Canada Square Park.

The Canary Wharf Arts & Events team approached Gorilla to build and operate the bars in order to meet the demands of the increasingly popular live events of world renowned acts and exciting new performers.

Performances have included the London Symphony Orchestra and The Blue Man Group drawing regular crowds of up to 6000 people.

Designed in house by Gorilla, the purpose built structure combines a high volume dispense bar with a 100 capacity venue, working in partnership with local suppliers to provide deli style foods and picnic hampers for the attending audience.

RAF Waddington,

RAF Waddington hosts one of the largest annual R.A.F air shows in the UK. The event draws crowds of over 80,000 people per day with pilots from each of the top international display teams performing to the public. Gorilla provides a private hospitality marquee for 900 of the international pilots for the final display day. We serve a comprehensive range of spirits together with draught lager, cider & bitter, wines & champagne.

Moor Music

The festival is set on a beautiful hillside in the stunning, rolling hills around Ilkley, West Yorkshire. The festival has been described as ‘a little haven of lovely white marquees, organic food, and frosty beers’. With a full weekend of entertainment for the 3000 music fans, and full bar set up from Gorilla this young festival is sure to grow each year.

The Big Chill

The Big Chill festival has quickly established itself as one of the more refined festivals on the summer circuit. Featuring several outdoor stages, large dance tents, and a wealth of entertainment, the festival draws a capacity of 30,000.

Proudly supported by Gorilla, the boys at 'Soulshakers' ( www.soulshakers.net ) provide an invaluable consultancy role managing and staffing the cocktail bars at this incredible event.

This demanding task creates the magic that is the Southern Comfort Fat Tuesday tent and The Finlandia Cocktail Bar,serving more than 10,000 cocktails over 4 days. In 2006 The Fat Tuesday tent claimed the prestigious award of 'Best Atmosphere' in the Times, proving that the Gorilla and Soul Shakers blend is truly rocking the festival market.
